方案引入景观都市主义理论，并以此为视角来研究皇岗口岸地区的功能发展、生态环境与人员活动等，进而提出生态规划专题的三大策略，分别是退绿织网、梯度优化和岸线重塑，并提出整体系统的生态规划方案。最后，选择濒临深圳河畔的局部地区，编制城市设计方案，并着重落实了专题研究所提出的策略要求

The plan introduces the theory of landscape urbanism, and uses this as a perspective to study the functional development, ecological environment and personnel activities of the Huanggang Port area, and then proposes three major strategies for ecological planning, namely greening and weaving, gradient optimization and shore line remodeling, and propose an ecological planning scheme for the overall system.
