本设计课题拟利用济钢四分厂核心保留区作为此次设计的基地,总占地面积约30公顷,以宏观上位规划为指导,进行中观老工业区城市设计,并在微观层面以原有老厂房为基础打造现代化新建筑。引入钢厂文化商业街、工业展览馆、青少年活动中心、航天体验馆、文化创意中心、居民生态活动场地、配套商场等,在传播特色文化的同时引起人们对老工业区的关注。同时结合绿色节能理念,在改造过程中考虑利用自然通风、保温隔热、屋顶花园、遮阳构件设计、太阳能板等措施,构建一个自然与人和谐共生,集文化、艺术、科技活动于一体的绿色生态创意园区。 城市设计运用圆及弧线元素,在基地中设置三个主要节点,多个次要节点,将三个主要节点相互联系形成一条轴线;在基地中部规划最大的节点,以之为圆心向外辐射,形成园区中心;提取原有的铁路线元素,将其运用到整个基地内部,形成一条环线。综合以上,形成一心、一轴、一环的整体结构理念。 单体建筑分别选取基地西北角储气罐,北侧厂房与中心厂房进行改造。位于基地西北角的储气罐作为重要的工业建筑节点,其罐体高38米直径48米,凭借其庞大的体量、标志性的体形,成为基地内保留建筑的焦点。赋予其航天体验馆的功能。结合覆土层设计,在外观上储气罐破土而出,直上云霄,在含义上更是寓意着中国航天事业从无到有,从萌发到茁壮,从外界处处设限到突破壁垒自力更生。 中心厂房建筑整体呈现舟船的形态,同时提取“帆”的概念进行设计,加入膜结构,设置漂浮屋面,力图营 造建筑的漂浮感。在建筑南北方向上,同时植入两条“巷”,与内街相互垂直,形成北侧三个功能区的分割与联 系,同时可以在北侧沟通外部场地,将建筑北侧的人流引入建筑内部。 经过系统设计以及对于内街空间的营造,游客从西侧内街入口进入建筑,可以形成商店—车站 —茶歇—巷—广场等空间感受,整体空间体验十分丰富,趣味性较强。 结合周边配套教育基础设施,北侧厂房功能定位为青少年文体中心。整体设计理念为穿巷引院,由于厂房横向尺度过大,故在中心部分纵向置入公共客厅体块,作为交通中枢,自然将长向厂房切分为东西两部分,并将文与体功能分别置入。厂房南北并列,跨度较大难以满足功能空间采光通风,故在东西两侧厂房置入“庭院空间”进一步切分厂房内部空间,消解大空间。为了实现多功能空间之间的串联,结合济南地域传统街巷概念,于东西长向设置内街通行系统,东侧露天庭院与内街并置,步行于内街中庭院景观尽收眼底。内街与西侧室内庭院融合,内部设有绿植景观小品。
This design project intends to use the core reserved area of the fourth branch of Jinan Iron and Steel as the base for this design, with a total area of about 30 hectares. Guided by the macro-level planning, the urban design of the old industrial zone in the middle-level is carried out. There are old factories as the basis to build modern new buildings. Introducing the steel mill cultural commercial street, industrial exhibition hall, youth activity center, aerospace experience hall, cultural and creative center, residents' ecological activity venue, supporting shopping malls, etc., to spread the characteristic culture and attract people's attention to the old industrial area. At the same time, combined with the concept of green energy saving, measures such as natural ventilation, thermal insulation, roof gardens, shading component design, solar panels and other measures are considered in the renovation process to build a harmonious coexistence between nature and people, integrating culture, art and scientific and technological activities. Eco-creative park. The urban design uses circle and arc elements, and sets up three main nodes and multiple secondary nodes in the base to connect the three main nodes to form an axis; the largest node is planned in the middle of the base, which is the center of the circle and radiates outward. , forming the center of the park; extracting the original railway line elements and applying them to the entire base to form a loop line. Based on the above, the overall structure concept of one center, one axis and one ring is formed.
