通过“城市文化遗产路径”这一城乡规划学科领域研究的新路径针对福州开展专项研究设计，从“基础层面—建立遗产数据库”、“综合层面—构建文化遗产价值评估体系”、“应用层面—重点片区设计”三个层面对福州进行文化遗产路径规划设计研究。基于空间耦合分析并划定重点设计片区，提出了构建福州宗教文化、红色文化、海洋文化、商贸文化四条文化主题线路，并从生态、交通、文旅、人居四个方面提出针对性活化策略。

Systematic research on the planning and design of Fuzhou's cultural heritage path is carried out from three levels of "foundation level - establishment of heritage database", "comprehensive level - construction of cultural heritage value evaluation system" and "application level - key area design". Based on the spatial coupling analysis and the delineation of key design areas, the paper proposes the construction of Fuzhou religious culture, red culture, Marine culture, business culture four cultural theme lines, and proposes the targeted activation strategies from the four aspects of ecology, transportation, cultural tourism, human settlements.
