Alessio Giannini is an Italian architect and designer. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florence, where he graduated “cum Laude” in 2019. Observing his hometown of Florence inspired and nurtured his dream to become an architect. His studies and travels offered him the opportunity to broaden his cultural knowledge and to analyze the distinctiveness of European urban landscapes. These form the repertoire from which he draws his creative inspiration. Being a student in Florence and at the Technical University of Munich gave him a wider education; from one side learning to design deeply understanding the genius loci, from the other being more connected to the contemporary debate. Prior to joining Morscher Architekten in Bern, he worked at Guillaume Wicht Architectes in La Neuveville, at NuvolaB as an intern, and Tiarstudio as a junior architect in the competition team.
